Other Duties As Assigned I have been going to Waldorf Honda (formerly Ken Dixon) for many years for service, but yesterday was a doozy and the reason why I keep coming back (e I have been going to Waldorf Honda (formerly Ken Dixon) for many years for service, but yesterday was a doozy and the reason why I keep coming back (excellent customer service). I had a service indicator as well as an odor in my car. As usual Robert Hersh was like "come on down, we got you covered". Well this time they really had me covered -- turns out my odor was a cat that had gotten into my engine at some point (I guess to keep warm). Suffice it to say Mr. Whiskers is no more, but the guys in the service department handled it and I am truly appreciative. More

2nd new Honda in 18 months I was interested in trading my 2918 CR-V with slight accident damage in on a newer vehicle. I went back to my sales person Connie Mickens to see if t I was interested in trading my 2918 CR-V with slight accident damage in on a newer vehicle. I went back to my sales person Connie Mickens to see if the trade was possible. I didn't want the difference in money to be more than $5000. We negotiated several points of the deal and got assistance from Stormy Hamilton. We worked out how to add new body trim like I'd purchased for the 2018 and Connie and Stormy agreed to move my aftermarket trailer hitch from the 2018 to the new 2019 CR-V. When we closed the difference in money was significantly less the $5000 and I had everything I'd asked for. I met with Will Norton to wrap up the financial transaction and my deal on the new CR-V just got better with Honda warranty and financing.. Connie, Stormy, Will and the entire Waldorf team were friendly and professional and continued to help with after-the-sale assistance. I will go back to Waldorf Honda for my next new car and recommend Waldorf Honda to anyone looking for a great car from a great dealership. And when I go back I'll look for Connie again. More

He was extremely courteous and friendly throughout our three Our experience at Waldorf Honda was great from the moment Frank greeted us at the door. He was extremely courteous and friendly throughout our three visits to the dealership to find the right vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about each vehicle type we test drove and pointed out the various differences between them. Having not purchased a car in several years, I inundated him with numerous questions. He was more than well prepared to explain all the recent Honda safety initiatives and technological upgrades for each model and how they improved the driving experience. Prior to driving off the complex in our new car, he went over each of the interior and exterior features and ensured we had a working knowledge on their operation. Each interaction with any member of the Waldorf Honda staff throughout the process was a pleasant experience. More
