Colorful deal I was buying a 2019 Civic Type R before Jan. 1. I had already found a very good deal at a dealer further from home and they only had 1 white car in st I was buying a 2019 Civic Type R before Jan. 1. I had already found a very good deal at a dealer further from home and they only had 1 white car in stock. Stopped at Waldorf Honda just to see another color in person. They had a Sonic Gray model in the showroom. I found Maria O'Neal the salesperson whom I had purchased a CRV from about 2 years ago. I explained the price deal I had on the white car and said I would rather have the gray car and purchase where I would be getting service. She worked with her sales manager to better my deal and the Type R was in my driveway before dark. This is my 2nd purchase from Maria & Waldorf Honda since 2017. I have had my CRV serviced here since purchase and will continue to do so with both cars. I would recommend Honda vehicles (owned 7),Waldorf Honda, and Maria O'Neal to everyone. Have never had less than a satisfying experience with anyone at this dealer. More

Christmas Eve with Waldorf Honda! We initially thought there was an issue with my brakes. My adviser, Heather, wrote up my ticket and said she'd keep me updated. She did an awesome job We initially thought there was an issue with my brakes. My adviser, Heather, wrote up my ticket and said she'd keep me updated. She did an awesome job of keeping me informed. Come to find out, the brakes were fine, but had a nail in my tire. Actually needed tires all the way around. Ended up getting new tires. While I waited, was able to get my final grocery shopping done, thanks to the shuttle driver, Shanks. Dropped me off at grocery store (I only needed one item), dropped off another customer at the mall, then picked me back up. Once I returned, I saw Connie, who sold me my car in 2008. She took the time to chat and see how we were doing. Even the ladies working at the checkout desk, donned in their festive attire, were a pleasure. Heather made my visit a pleasant one. She kept me updated along the way, and was just a joy to interact with. She's awesome! No fun having to spend money on the car right at holiday time, but Heather, Shanks, Connie and the checkout crew made it a more pleasurable time. More
