Very Professional From the 1st telephone contact through the end of the billing process, everyone was pleasant and professional. I was able to ask questions and obtain the information I needed in order to make a decision regarding some of my 'extra' considerations. I felt I was provided with accurate information. At the service center, I was not pressured about purchasing and additional service work or made to feel like my vehicle was going to fall apart if a procedure was not performed. The service technician explained the progress of my service and also installed the navigation disc after I explained I did not feel I correctly installed the disc information. I may need to have a touch up completed on the headlamp buffing. I need to observe it during clear sky daylight hours.. Nothing that I felt was intentionally neglectful. The service waiting room is comfortable and has a nice variety of complimentary coffee and bottled water. Having the large screen TV was very nice and was set on appropriate programming. I was treated with courtesy and respect during all phases of the service visit. More
