The technicians are knowledgeable, My go to technician Bernard Dixon was not able to be there when I brought my car in for service . He didn't leave me hanging and gave my ticket to Tony Reese. I was given a detail report of what was needed to fix my car. Tony gave me options as to what I should have done now and what could wait for later and still have my car in a safe working order. Rear differential motor not working. Propeller shaft seal le 2018 CR-V EX-L AWD problem with "All Wheel Drive" light constantly coming on. Took vehicle to Waldorf Honda. Exceptionally good treatment by Mike W 2018 CR-V EX-L AWD problem with "All Wheel Drive" light constantly coming on. Took vehicle to Waldorf Honda. Exceptionally good treatment by Mike White. After repair made - problem solved. Asked about problem with blue tooth and phone. Tony Reese (Service Lane Manager) took care of this problem advising of the proper version comparable number to be placed on phone by Apple. Also spoke with both Frank Carnucci and Mike Council whom were responsible for our purchase of 2016 Honda, Civic and 2018 CR-V EX-L. They always have up to date information for my wife and I in reference to Honda vehicles and equipment. This is why we shop WALDORF HONDA!!! More

Oil change and tire rotation Tires were rotated but did not insure they were at proper pressure. We had to add air after service.
