Air Bag Recall and Identifying Critically Need Repair Mike White took great care to accommodate my availability and transportation needs while my Crosstour was being worked on. I originally brought my car Mike White took great care to accommodate my availability and transportation needs while my Crosstour was being worked on. I originally brought my car in for an air bag recall. This work was performed in a very short period of time while I waited. Mike stopped by to talk to me about my car while it was being worked on. He said the mechanic noticed a noise coming from my engine that might be my timing belt tensioner. I had noticed the noise before but wasn't sure how serious it was. Mike let me know that it could become a really big problem. I brought my car in a few days later and Mike helped me with a loaner while my car was worked on. I talked with Tony Deep for a little while. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. I originally met Tony when I first bought my Crosstour in 2013. Tony has great advice and helped me make the best decision on maintenance and repair work. Overall it was a great experience with the Honda staff. I definitely needed the repair work that they spotted and made my experience the best they could. More
