That really put a smile on my face. I didn't have to wait the full hour as stated and I was ecstatic to get my car back in a timely matter and be on my way. I ALWAYS use Waldorf Honda and will continue. It's the same place that I purchased my vehicle. While waiting, I enjoyed the complementary coffee and clean environment. I can say that you guys ROCK! Not a long wait I originally made the appointment online for Thursday 10/3 but then reached out to Bernard to let him know. I explained to him that I realized I had to be somewhere else by 1pm and asked him did he think that would be possible. He told me I can bring the car up before then and he will get me in. I went in for a oil change and tire rotation; waited for my car and was out of there under 90 min.
