Not a long wait I originally made the appointment online for Thursday 10/3 but then reached out to Bernard to let him know. I explained to him that I realized I had to be somewhere else by 1pm and asked him did he think that would be possible. He told me I can bring the car up before then and he will get me in. I went in for a oil change and tire rotation; waited for my car and was out of there under 90 min. Bernard Dixson is my go-to guy because he was the main person that I interacted with when I had my old honda. Very respectful man. More

Amazing experience Shopping for cars can be time consuming and draining but this location made the process easy. I already had a particular car in mind that I was looking for so I was able to scale the lot alone to see if what I wanted was there, and it was!!! I then walked inside and was greeted by Mark Green, an amazing sales associate who assisted me in the most professional manner with purchasing a new car. He was friendly, efficient, and got me the best deal on a brand new car!!! It only took me an hour to scale the lot and make a purchase. Their inventory was extensive and they had a lot of cars that I hadn’t seen at other dealerships. (our sales professional) was wonderful and listened to all of our needs. I did not feel pressured to buy anything I didn't want (which I encountered at many other places- and absolutely hate), and felt like he was truly honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. He made sure to bring water, and ensure we were comfortable the entire time. The sales manager Mike C. was also a pleasure to work with ( he was personable, reasonable, and also attentive to what we were looking for) . I would have left five stars, but only put four due to my interactions with Tyler M. (who worked in the finance office during our visit). As I mentioned, I was shopping for the right car for almost 2 weeks- I take notes and read paperwork (which i recommend every does for a large purchase). He appeared quite upset/ frustrated/ rude when I asked clarification questions about fees, read over my paperwork vs quickly signing, took notes, and/or declined extra OPTIONAL items I simply stated I didn't want several times . I am aware his job is solely to make money (as this was not my first interaction w/ a car finance manager that week), but did feel like this was a very uncomfortable interaction due to his attitude and sarcasm. This interaction, almost made my change my mind about my purchase. We also interacted with Brittany Sota for a brief interaction, she had great energy was also very friendly.
