Oil change and battery check. I brought my car for battery check and Oil change in this service center. Service advisor and receptionist are great but am not sure with the attendan I brought my car for battery check and Oil change in this service center. Service advisor and receptionist are great but am not sure with the attendant/mechanics.. When I checked my oil its not on the right level. Said my battery is still ok though I can feel that its weak every time I start the engine. (I jump started it like about 5 times the week before) Also they offered free car wash to which I agree but they didn’t wash it at all but that’s alright maybe they’re too busy. More

First time Honda Owner My family and I were looking for a vehicle to replace our outdated 8 passenger SUV and we happened to stop by the dealership after we just got done te My family and I were looking for a vehicle to replace our outdated 8 passenger SUV and we happened to stop by the dealership after we just got done test driving a different vehicle at a competing dealership. DeMarco met us outside and helped us find what we were looking for...a 2019 Honda Odyssey in Obsidian Blue. He brought it around, showed us inside and outside. We sat in it, he even helped us load the car seats so we could take a test drive. My one pet peeve about going to dealerships is someone that constantly follows you and continues to call and text. This did not happen and I didn't even have to ask!! We wound up buying it after some negotiation. During the whole process, 'my" salesman, DeMarco, was right there the whole time helping out with anything and everything. If you are in the market for a Honda or dont even know specifically what you want, take a few minutes, drive down to Waldorf Honda and ask for DeMarco. More
