Just OK I was at this dealership because I requested a new CR-V using COSTCO's auto buying program and was directed to this dealership. I was sent the cost s I was at this dealership because I requested a new CR-V using COSTCO's auto buying program and was directed to this dealership. I was sent the cost sheet along with a message that they didn't have one with FWD so were offering AWD instead. Appreciated that I was informed before I arrived. I was assigned to a salesperson when I arrived. I assume that his lack of effort had to do with my already having a deal. I wasn't happy with either CR-V they had available - they didn't have in a color that I wanted/liked. I expected 2018 inventory to be limited but they only had 2 cars to choose from. A quick check of other dealerships showed that there was more inventory available at other locations. I was also hesitant because I think my Ford Edge was more spacious than the CR-V. It felt like it was a step down from what I used to drive. It didn't matter, I looked up and a used Pilot caught my eye. Walked over and looked at it, the salesperson (Mark) asked if I wanted to test drive. I did and liked the vehicle so we began discussing price. They took off $1000 on the price because there were scratches on the lift gate. In the light of the day, the scratches are worse then I thought and I should have been given a bigger discount. (Buy a used car during the day so you can get a good look at it.) Again, there was very little effort by Mark to sell the car. This one wasn't part of the COSTCO program because it was used and I hadn't investigated the Pilot so it might have been nice if he had offered some information about the vehicle. When we began negotiating price the dealership offered 32500, knowing that there is a 299 dealership fee that is not required (according to the paperwork), I asked for 32200. Burt came back at 32795 and dropped that to 32700. He said they couldn't let it go for 32200. When I asked about the 32500 he said he couldn't do that either even though he offered it. Obviously there is a lack of integrity in their negotiations. Typically I do my negotiating before I get to the dealership so I can avoid this but since I switched cars I didn't have a chance. They kept reminding me that the vehicle was certified, OK, so - it's used, it should be certified or they shouldn't be selling it! I decided to buy the vehicle even though I was unimpressed with the employees I dealt with at the dealership. I'm still waiting for a better explanation of the protection plan I was sold with the vehicle and how it works with whatever warranty is still on the vehicle. I'll probably have to figure that out myself before the refund period expires, as others have noted, the dealership is less helpful after they have sold a vehicle. In my case I don't think they were very helpful before so no expectation that they will be much better after. The explanation so far has been that it covers everything, is good until 2025, and it's the one that most people purchase. I made this too easy for them because I basically just went along and didn't make any real demands. Before this purchase, all of my vehicles were from Waldorf Ford. First purchase was a nightmare, subsequent ones were fabulous and their service department is amazing. That was brand loyalty and I learned to love the dealership. This will not be my last car purchase but I don't plan to give Waldorf Honda another opportunity and I'll volunteer to give friends and family a ride to another dealership if they are thinking about buying a Honda. More

Great Service I have been without a car note for a long time now. I went to another dealership and it was horrible. Mr. Lee Williams , Lexa and the receptionist were really great. Mr. Williams was very patient and nice. He made my experience the best. I’m a Honda girl for life. It was really nice to go and get GREAT customer service. Honda of Waldorf is great all around. I had to go to the service department and I didn’t have an appointment. From there they worked with my hectic schedule, and some slight indecision, staying past hours to finish the final steps required. They were upfront about fees, and had no unnecessary ones. The test drive was normal, however they were ready for me before I got there so I didn’t have to wait for it. Final negotiations, options, and paperwork went smoothly. No extra pressure on items I didn’t want. It was a great experience, my car is what I want, the price is good. Only issue is their coffee machine, it wasn’t the standard espresso machine and experience you get at other Honda dealerships. They had a keurig machine with k-cups, and some candy canes in a plastic jar. Here’s the deal... I went there for a great car at the best price, not coffee. I got what I wanted. More
