I told him what my requirements and needs were and he met them in a very expeditious way. I consummated a great deal in less than 10 minutes. The sales manager Mike Council is also a jewel. Both Frank and Mike were pleasant, warm, and engaging. There was no going back and forth on price, I told them what I was willing to pay and they accepted the offer and arrange to have the car I wanted delivered from Frederick to their dealership the next day. The customer service at Waldorf Honda is top-notch. Also, Tyler in the finance department, made the purchase transaction very smooth. The process was paperless and efficient. I highly recommend this dealership and will definitely return there for service and maintenance, as well as any future purchases. Although I recommend Frank I suspect other sales persons in this dealership are just as good... however Frank would be my first preference. Make sure you call in advance to see if he is working on the day you plan to come. My gratitude to Frank and Mike for making this the best car buying experience ever. More
