Another great experience! This is the second time I've purchased a vehicle from Waldorf Honda in the last 14 months. Yesterday I had the pleasure of dealing with Gregg Smith. This is the second time I've purchased a vehicle from Waldorf Honda in the last 14 months. Yesterday I had the pleasure of dealing with Gregg Smith. He was very easy to deal with, had a great personality and didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't want or need. I was in and out of the dealership in less than two hours, and would've been quicker except that it was Sunday and they were backed up on getting cars detailed. That fact alone says a lot for a dealership that they have that much demand on a Sunday afternoon! I'll definitely be back for my next Honda when the time comes. More

Great experience - start to finish I used the internet to negotiate and work with 8 Honda dealerships in the Maryland area (Hagerstown, Clarksville, Ellicott City, Silver Spring, Bethes I used the internet to negotiate and work with 8 Honda dealerships in the Maryland area (Hagerstown, Clarksville, Ellicott City, Silver Spring, Bethesda, Germantown, Westminster, Waldorf) and even York PA to buy my wife's 2016 Odyssey EX-L RES. Waldorf Honda gave me the best price than any other dealer. I worked with Hannah Allard (the Intenet sales speciaist) over email and she was super prompt with getting back to me with my never-ending stream of questions. She emailed me the out-door-price with everything itemized and gave me the stock number of the vehicle I was interested in. We agreed on a great price and I made an appointment to see Hannah on a Sunday afternoon and she told me that one of the other sales people would work with me, since she was "just the middle man" (her words). She introduced me to Frank Carnucci. What a gem of a person! I just don't have enough words or space here to sing his praises. We were so pleased by his sincerity and down-to-earth demeanor. He insisted we test drive the car, even though we had test driven several times at other dealerships, to make sure everything was OK. He pulled out the very van that Hannah had told us about. Frank was willing to go over every detail of the van, but we told him we were there to sign papers and drive away with the van. We presented him with an email we received about getting an additional $500 off for making an appointment and he was able to get us the extra $500 off. That just made my day! Hannah came back to present us with all the extra coverages and various options; however, without being pushy at all. On a few items she said we could think about it, but one coverage we had to decide at time of sale. Again, she did not push them too hard, but just gave us the facts. Then we went over to Pam (the finance person) to sign papers. I was expecting a hard sell to get Honda financing, but when I told her that I had a blank check from my bank and had financing all arranged, she was absolutely fine with that. Other dealerships could learn a lesson or two from Waldorf. Our longest wait was for the car to be detailed. Frank took the van for detailing while Hannah was talking to us about various options, coverages etc. But that was a busy Sunday for Waldorf and they were pumping out vehicles for delivery. So detailing took a little longer than expected, but no big deal. Once Frank brought the van around, he showed us everything. He programmed my wife's phone to the hands free bluetooth; set the radio stations; and took some pictures of our family. We arrived at the dealership around 1pm and left around 4pm. From the first email to signing the last paper, the experience with Waldorf Honda was superb. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership. This dealership is 1.5 hrs away from where we live. I tried very hard to deal with dealers more local to me, but none wanted to match Waldorf's price. And Waldorf was one of only two dealerships who had the color we wanted. When I buy my next Honda, I will most certainly start at Waldorf. Thank you Hannah, Frank, and Pam for your no-pressure approach. I truly appreciated that very much. More
