He immediately greeted us with a smile and firm handshake. Steve was attentive and charming. From the moment we arrived and until we left with our new Pilot, the entire car buying experience was pleasant and enjoyable. The staff, to include Steve, Mike from management, Hannah in sales, and Kevin in finance were all exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Steve brought our new car around cleaned and ready to go. He took the time to go over all of the cars features thoroughly, and programmed my phone to the car.
