My husband brought my suv to get an oil change. After I received an alert that it was ready, the dealer couldn’t find my suv. It took a while for them to locate it. The person that my husband handed the ke received an alert that it was ready, the dealer couldn’t find my suv. It took a while for them to locate it. The person that my husband handed the keys was acting like he had never seen him before. They could have offered a discount but that didn’t happen. Totally disappointed More

DisappointedI have used the Waldorf Toyota Service Disappointed I have used the Waldorf Toyota Service Center from the time I purchased my 2007 Toyota RAV4. My years of service records show my commitm Disappointed I have used the Waldorf Toyota Service Center from the time I purchased my 2007 Toyota RAV4. My years of service records show my commitment and belief that those servicing a product of their own would take great care and demonstrate thorough work when I delivered the RAV4 for its regular service, issues, or special work. This walk around video shows that the Toyota Service Center has communicated false service reports which has left my RAV4 in complete failure - unsafe to drive. For the things identified by this one mechanic - extremely transparent - there is no way this issues happened over night. The RAV4 was just in the shop for an oil change and the regular checks which requires lifting of the car. The issues on the walk around video shows serious problems that are clearly visible. Any good mechanic would have seen these issues. More
This visit took over 2 hours for oil change/tire rotation. No updates were provided during the wait. Seat protective plastic and floor protector sheet of paper were left in the car by the tech. I was upset on arrival after being told that I did not have an appointment and I would be fitted in. I was not happy having made the appointment for service several days before. Thanks to Marjorie and Me have an appointment and I would be fitted in. I was not happy having made the appointment for service several days before. Thanks to Marjorie and Melissa my car was serviced as scheduled. I have going to this dealership over 10 years and never had an issue with my appointments. I just made them and showed up, and never been told I did not have an appointment. Hopefully this was a one time event. More

Waldorf Toyota serviced my Toyota RAV4. It was very convenient scheduling my appointment with the staff on the phone.. They performed all my requests and were efficient. The Assistant Service Manager convenient scheduling my appointment with the staff on the phone.. They performed all my requests and were efficient. The Assistant Service Manager (Heather) was very nice and answered all my service related questions. After dropping off my vehicle for service, she texted me her direct business number so I was able to have her contact, information should I have any questions. Heather also sent me a text message, when my vehicle was completed and was available for me to pick up. I was very satisfied with the service and efficiency of the staff. Excellent service. More
