The program offers members with an extensive research database to search for numerous cars, new and used; mileage and locations. Frank McGeady of Toyota of Waldorf contacted me within 24 hours and described the Navy Federal Program partnership with the dealership. Frank was friendly and professional. He directed me through the car buying process, insurance purchasing process and his colleague, DJ, too, assisted. All members of the staff at Toyota of Waldorf offered a first time car buyer assistance. I highly recommend Navy Federal and others, to visit the dealer's website and visit. Most important to me was Frank's focus on me, the customer. During the visit, he permitted me to evaluate the car, identify minor concerns and take the car out for a test drive. He listened attentively to my concerns and promised me that he would ameliorate these concerns before selling me the car. When I received my car, the car was PERFECT with a full tank of gas. What a joy it has been to have Rick provide the service for my Camry and I'm sorry to see that Toyota's "Tires for Life" program is no longer available, it has been a great proponent for me to have my service performed at Toyota. I have seen many positive changes in the Service Department since my bad experience, but Mr. Laslo is the reason that I am still having anything done at Toyota of Waldorf...what a great team member he is for you.
