So, rating would have been 5 Stars, but have to go with 4 Stars because it was a lot of work just to get my appointment scheduled. First, I tried booking the appt on the Walker Toyota website, but the site said that if we were having recall work done (which I was having an airbag inflator replaced), that we had to call and speak with the service consultant instead of booking online. So, I called the service number and ended up playing phone-tag with a service tech (someone other than Mary; it was a guy) for 2 or 3 days. The tech also sent me text messages which I did not really want; I always prefer online/email for confirmations. I was surprised they had my cell phone number; I must have provided it at some time in the past. Anyway, the recall work and 120K mile service that I had done were all excellent, but the appt scheduling was tiresome and inconvenient. I even found myself looking at a map of Toyota Dealers to see if there was another one nearby that I could book with, instead. I would recommend allowing customers to book recall appts online; then, if the part is not yet available, just send us an email to let us know that you'll contact us when the time is right, and we can rebook the appt at a later time.
