Service I worked with Valerie, and she was very helpful and professional. However there was a gentleman across from her who seemed to have anger issues. Excellent as always I always bring my 2015 Tacoma to this particular location for service. The staff is friendly, very accommodating, and expedient. I had an 8am appt, bu I always bring my 2015 Tacoma to this particular location for service. The staff is friendly, very accommodating, and expedient. I had an 8am appt, but showed up early and she got me in early so as not to prolong my day (as I was waiting for my vehicle). No hard sell on the "recommendations" as well, which is a very welcome experience. "They checked the mileage and the 4WD needs to be changed, but in reality it's clean and not necessary....maybe before winter"....excellent honesty and professionalism. More

A perfect 10! This was our third Toyota dealership we went to and one of several others we talked to via phone, email and text. Larry worked hard to get us in the d This was our third Toyota dealership we went to and one of several others we talked to via phone, email and text. Larry worked hard to get us in the door, harder than the other dealerships worked to keep us in theirs. He got us exactly what we wanted in our new Highlander, which was in limited supply, for a great price. The other dealers tried all kinds of tactics to get us to overpay and not to even give Walker a chance because they said they were lying to us just to get us in the door. At the end of the day, Walker was the only dealership that didn't play games. They were so straightforward with us and that wins over lies and deceit any day! Everyone we came into contact with in the dealership was friendly and helpful. We will save ourselves the time running around to a bunch of dealerships next time and come straight to Walker! More
