Every Bit of 5 Stars I have been leasing cars for the past 20 years and I have never experienced what I did with Rico and Tajhliah. I have been in touch with Rico for over I have been leasing cars for the past 20 years and I have never experienced what I did with Rico and Tajhliah. I have been in touch with Rico for over a month texting him randomly about various cars, many of which were not even a Mazda (hope you don't get in trouble for me saying so!). He gave me his honest opinion and even offered to connect me directly with someone at that dealership. It wasn't that he was encouraging me to lease somewhere else, because he wasn't. It was that he genuinely cared about me getting exactly the type of car for my needs which was an SUV with a 3rd row. He saw ME as HIS customer. He wasn't concerned about his commission nor recognition. When I asked him who I could give feedback to about my wonderful experience, he told me that just knowing that I was happy with his service was enough and that he didn't need any public praise. HIs humility is what brought me back to Walker's Renton Mazda. Rico has impacted my personal approach to how I work in my own business. It was an experience I will always remember and will encourage my friends to go see Rico! It was the very last day of the month when I wanted to go in to lease my CX9 and Rico was on his way out so he connected me with Tajhliah. I asked him if he would still get his commision if I worked with someone else and he said it didn't matter, he just wanted to make sure I was taken care of. I was worried that who I ever I worked with wouldn't have fought as hard as Rico would have to get me in the price range I needed to be in. To my surprise Tajhliah did just that, she worked hard and FAST to get me at the right price. She listened to my concerns and heard me when I told her the "why's" behind the price I was aiming for. Rico set the stage for a seamless leasing experience and Tajhliah wrapped it up with a bow. Top notch service! Thank you!!! More
