First new car I ever purchased off the lot. I went in a bit suspicious of car dealers. Doug greeted me and showed me the mazda5s he had, was very forthcoming on information. I drove from Oregon to purchase a Mazda CX-5. The whole process was very seamless. Duke and I communicated by phone and email throughout the transaction. Part of my preparedness was a spreadsheet which already had the price I expected to pay for the vehicle and how much I wanted for my trade in. Doug and the rest of the team beat my expectations for price on both. On top of that they beat the financing I already had ready for the deal by 1% APR! I have already referred one of my best friends to them for a new car and I'm not one to give referrals lightly. You will not be disappointed visiting this dealership and will be doing yourself a disservice if you do not. I'm very certain I will be returning soon with my fiancee for another vehicle in the very near future. More
