I went in knowing I wanted the car I ended up purchasing. After going by three times to test drive, the car was finally ready-dead battery. They were apologetic about it and I did walk away with a new battery in the car. I am happy with the purchase and how they dealt with me as I'm not one for any hassling or slick salesmanship. Tell me the price, you aren't going to budge on it, and we'll be done. I had another dealership attempt to schmooze me and show me other "blue cars since you like blue." (I just happened to test drive the SUV that was blue at the other dealership) I know cars and my father is a mechanic, he's taught me what to look for and the price points. So I am quite thankful that Jamie and Josh both treated me like a customer they wanted to have the best deal and experience, after all it's my money I'm spending to purchase their product.
I'd drive another 5 hours to purchase another vehicle from them.
