Beware of the finance office here! I bought a brand new Expedition here recently and traded in a lease Explorer. Sales was pretty good. Very polite and informative. They wouldn't budge I bought a brand new Expedition here recently and traded in a lease Explorer. Sales was pretty good. Very polite and informative. They wouldn't budge on price AT ALL or what they were giving me for trade in value for my car...but I thought it was okay due to supply/demand right now. The problem came when it was financing time. I had a 9am appt and was told there was another appt when I got there. They knew I was bringing my 2yo with me. They should've moved the other appt in my opinion. Then the finance guy (who I forget his name but there is only 1 there) was terrible. He just wrote on a piece of paper my monthly payments without ever going over rates and terms. Then he told me 5.19%. I have over 800 credit score. Interest rates are high but not that high!!! I reluctantly still went through with the deal because he talked me into it. When I left, I called another local bank and had them run my credit and it was 3.49%. A big difference. I called him right away to try and get the deal paused to change financing and he wouldn't do it! It was an hour after I left!! We called the owner who said he would look into it and he never called us back to rectify the situation. Terrible customer service. They don't care about customers, just about getting their money. My hands were tied. The next day they tried to reschedule my pick up time for the car again, and I refused. I was so irritated and not excited because of the financing. The sales manager came over asking what was wrong and I explained the owner knew and never called us back...4 days later and still no call from the owner. Very bad business practices and they so clearly screwed me with financing. Beware and call around to other banks before going into that finance office! Oh and they wouldn't throw in $100 3rd row all weather mat with this $77K purchase. Very disappointing! Go elsewhere! More
