I was a first time buyer at Wall's and was informed, and impressed by their team. In a climate (2022) where car buying can be a stressful experience, Wall's took care of me. Stan Wojtas and Bob navigated me through the discovery and buying process, and knew I had done my homework. No pressure. I want to express my deepest gratitude to the service department. On Saturday afternoon (Feb. 26) I ran into a slight problem with my hood release latch not working.. Not knowing that the service departm department. On Saturday afternoon (Feb. 26) I ran into a slight problem with my hood release latch not working.. Not knowing that the service department would still be open at 3PM I called and was told to come right over. Sean met me outside and resolved the problem in a few minutes. He then double checked to make sure my hood latch was working perfectly. Such a relief. I have never, ever had a problem at Walls Ford ! Customer service is prime for them. Thank You !! More

Walls Ford service and customer care is head and shoulders above the competition. They know exactly what I need for my cars and when I need it. How they can continually deliver 5 star quality serv shoulders above the competition. They know exactly what I need for my cars and when I need it. How they can continually deliver 5 star quality service as affordable as they do is beyond me but clearly their secret ingredient to a highly successful recipie for busness. No secrect is they treat their customers like family, keeping a loyal customer base. Count me as part of that base. I highly recommend being part of their rewards program as soon as you can.
