After two leases, bought a Ford Ranger. Found what I was looking for on the Walls lot. Reasonable price and treated great!! No pushy sales pitch and honest price disclosures. Stan.. He’s the main man. Hit up a few Ford dealerships around my home. Wasn’t satisfied with there intentions of what I wanted to purchase. Got the run around so Called up Wall’s and spoke with Stan. He around my home. Wasn’t satisfied with there intentions of what I wanted to purchase. Got the run around so Called up Wall’s and spoke with Stan. He apologized how I was treated even though it wasn’t his dealership that he worked for.. Great customer service and sales rep all around. Felt really comfortable asking questions and was not one bit intimidated by him or the staff. He’s excellent and would send any and all business to him and the family at Ford Wall’s !! More

My experience was top notch from the moment I called searching for a particular vehicle right through the sales and delivery process. Jack my sales rep was excellent from start to finish. I have never been introduced to the service department ahead of my first appointment before and I have never had such a thorough orientation to a new vehicle as I did from Jack. Dave the sales manager was very professional and gave me a very fair price for my trade. Everyone was friendly and sincerely attentive to customer service. I have had many vehicles and therefore lots of interactions with car dealerships. This was by far the best! Thanks to everyone who made this one a ten! More
