Joe was great from the very start. No pressure but answered all my questions, and I had a ton! Joe along with his entire team there were a pleasure to deal with and I feel I got the best deal available for the purchase and trade in the market. Upon delivery Joe spent well over an hour going over my vehicle things I should know in a very enthusiastic but patient manner. Never made me feel rushed.
