Great Service Dept I continue to have a great experience with Walls Ford service department. I went there for a few minor items and was in and out in less than 90 mins I continue to have a great experience with Walls Ford service department. I had been shopping around at multiple dealerships, many that I found to be slow at correspondence and difficult to work with. Because I really desired a Jeep, it felt like I should shop at a Jeep dealership but ultimately, I bought the one Jeep that Walls Ford had in stock from a trade in because Joe was so involved in communicating with me and making sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend purchasing a vehicle and especially can't say enough nice things about Joe. If not for Joe, I'd likely have gone to another dealership. More
