Had an excellent experience. Waited on right away by Sean who was friendly, polite and efficient. He noted I had an outstanding recall (oops, customer satisfaction notice) so I got that done as well as the service I asked for. He showed me to the waiting room, said it would be about an hour and it was slightly less which is always nice. Showed me the bill, there were no surprises, took me to the checkout counter and I was all set. Place is clean, large and airy. Nice selection of cars on the lot. I'm not buying but I always like to look. By coincidence my neighbor took delivery on a new car (EcoSport) middle of last week and they are very happy with the sales experience. I will go back. More

We had bought several cars from Wall’s. My first experience alone with the financing department left me disheartened...$150+/mo. more than I had been quoted by sales person. Best Christmas Present EVER! My son and I went to a movie during the Christmas break and smelled a pungent odor that resembled natural gas. We both figured it was a gas leak some My son and I went to a movie during the Christmas break and smelled a pungent odor that resembled natural gas. We both figured it was a gas leak somewhere in the general area and didn't think anything about it. On the ride home however, the smell got worse and I noticed some hesitation while driving. That was when I was 89% certain my transfer case was about to go south. The next day I limped my Explorer to Walls Ford to drop it off and get it repaired. I was elated to find that it was still under warranty. Steve verified it and I decided to also get an oil change while it was there. When I went to pick it up 3 days later, the bill was $38.00 and it drives like new. Walls has consistently taken very good care of my and my wife's car. Exceptional service and an honest price. The crew there is top notch! More
