Great as always Had engine light come on, called Derek. He asked me few question, then told me save drive bring truck in. It was l great working with Joe on the purchase of my vehicle he was very high helpful and knowledgeab I just purchased a used 2018 Ford transit 250. It was l great working with Joe on the purchase of my vehicle he was very high helpful and knowledgeable of the vehicles that he is selling. I’ve purchased many vehicles, the part that I hate the most is sitting down with the finance person and being pressured into buying service packages that I do not want. Heather was great she just reviewed them with me quickly and we moved on and I think the entire time was only about 20 minutes to get the financing all set and signed off. Most importantly I feel like I got a Great Price from Wall’s Ford. More
