The first night I came in I was adamant about not buying a vehicle that night, but I just wanted to test drive and Nick Ware was amazing to work with! The first night I came in I was adamant about not buying a vehicle that night, but I just wanted to test drive and talk about payments. I never once felt pressured. When he gave me payments, Nick read my face and said "what would make you feel better?" when I said the other, lower priced Dodge, he didn't hesitate nor did he try to sell me on the more expensive one. Nick stayed late to talk me through everything. I ended up purchasing the vehicle soon after, and even then I wanted to talk about more about it before signing my name. Every step of the way he was awesome, and I would highly recommend him and the dealership! Everyone else that I interacted with there was also great!! It was honestly a terrific buying experience! I was amazed by the respect that was given to you as a person and how they truly took what you wanted in a car and made it happen. The facilities are clean and my specialist Shayna did an awesome job. Shayna guides you through every step of the process and tells you what she can do and won’t fill you with false hopes. Shayna didn’t stop there because she goes above an beyond to fill out estimates of what it may cost for you through different avenues and you pick which fits you when it comes to financing. Other dealerships will give you one option and try to work off that and it only frustrates the car buyer. Don’t give up on buying a car until you have gone to Wally Armour!
