Best buy I purchased a once in a lifetime truck from Wally Armour. I emailed about the truck( thinking too good to be true) Shayna called me in literally 3 min I purchased a once in a lifetime truck from Wally Armour. I emailed about the truck( thinking too good to be true) Shayna called me in literally 3 minutes. She told me the truck was really there and no typo on mileage,age of vehicle, or price!! DEALERSHIP HOLDING MONEY HOSTAGE I paid this dealership a total of $8000 down on a vehicle. Transaction had to be cancelled, was never completed. It has been 2 weeks, they are still holding my money. Vehicle never left their lot. There was NO STATEMENT of keeping even $1 if the sale did not go through. I have called and have emailed. Plenty of other dealerships out there with the same vehicles. Choose another one. Their " total bumper to bumper coverage" also much more expensive than other dealerships for a certified vehicle. Salesperson was excellent - has nothing to do with owner's policies. More
