After searching for two or three weeks, I came across one that fit what I was searching for at Wally Armour. I inquired online and nearly immediately got a response from Wally B. Armour. Hands down, Wally was the best car salesman I've dealt with - not because he's good at what he does, but he is respectful, honest, detailed, positive, responsive, and goes over the top to make sure everything works out. Wally and I communicated several times over the course of a week. Wally made me want to work with him. He was exceptional! I drove nearly 7 hours roundtrip to purchase a new Grand Cherokee from Wally. Upon my arrival, I was greeted and the paperwork was already ready for my signature. Every detail was exactly as described via phone and e-mail. Within 20 minutes, my trade was accepted, papers were signed and I was able to be on my way back home.
