Excellent Service I had a spare key for our 2011 Town and Country that needed programmed. The vehicle also had a factory recall to replace the rear vent window switch. I had a spare key for our 2011 Town and Country that needed programmed. The vehicle also had a factory recall to replace the rear vent window switch. I had previously called a Chyrsler dealer closer to where I live about these two issues and after many, many rings of the phone was told: (1) They did not have the needed replacement switch and (2) I should make an appointment to have my spare key programmed. Today I happened to be in Alliance and thought I would stop by Wally Armour to see if they could help with the spare key. Cody in the service department immediately offered to take care of it and while getting the necessary information on the vehicle noticed the recall. He said they had the necessary switch and could take care of it while the key was getting programmed. So here I was, just some guy who drove in off the street with no appointment, thinking I might be lucky just to get a spare key and ending up getting a key and a switch repaired in less than an hour. great experience I was having a transfercase put in my jeep and having computer worked on and needed to be at work.
