This is not a dealership with high pressure "fake" car salesmen. There was no hurry up to rush at all. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the deals are made very simple. The prices are right on the windshield and you know what you are getting into before you sign the paperwork. If there is something you question about the vehicle, they take care of it right away and make sure that the vehicle is safe and clean. The selection of vehicles on the lot are in great condition, and immaculate in cleanliness. The vehicle that I purchased was used, but there were no gashes in the dash, stains on the floor, etc... They encourage you to thoroughly check over the vehicle to assure you will be satisfied. The best part about this place is that they don't give you the tease that most dealerships do! If a vehicle is $45,000 and you are looking to spend under that cost, they simply don't dangle the higher cost vehicle under your nose. They go straight to what your budget range is, saving wasted time on both sides. More

Very Comfortable Experience I came to Wally Armour looking for a specific vehicle (2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude). After calling in and talking with Brent Campbell, he made me feel comfortable about working with Wally Armour and answered all of my initial questions. When I arrived at the facility, I was promptly greeted by Bill Powell. Since Brent was with another customer at that time, Bill kindly showed me the Altitude and Limited models of the Grand Cherokee. He thoroughly explained both vehicles and their differences in great detail. The test drive experience with Bill was also great! I chose to purchase the Altitude because I love the black trim and the overall look and feel of the vehicle. When I came back two days later to purchase the vehicle, I was able to work with Brent. Brent was very helpful and attended to me as quickly as he could. The financing/paperwork process was very quick, easy and painless. Everything was thoroughly explained to me. I did not feel like I was getting "tricked" into anything as I have felt with other dealerships in the past. After it was all said and done, Brent answered any final questions, gave me a refresher on the features of the vehicle, and took my picture with my brand new Jeep!
