He was friendly and helpful. I like the "no haggle" system in place at the dealership. There were several other employees who also talked with me (sorry I don't remember names) and shoke hands. Great Service Department Brad has been handling our service on our Jeep Grand Cherokee. Every time our Jeep needs serviced we call and make an appointment with Brad. Great service department, excellent dealership I was returning after buying a new Ram 1500 to have a trailer brake installed. When I checked in I was given a wait time and they actually finished 10 minutes early. This is a good dealership with good follow through on their commitments. I highly recommend purchasing a car/truck here and their service department is excellent. When I bought my truck I had visited three other dealerships and I got my best deal here. Wally Armour is 45 miles from my home and the savings was worth the drive. Another Chrysler dealership was less than honest with my trades, I got a much better deal here. It was also a pleasure to meet Al Armour during my negotiations. More
