My husband and I came into the dealership looking for a fiat. Jeff Ciotti took the particulars of what I wanted and told me the car I needed would be in in a couple of weeks. I went in looking to get on the buckeye financial setup when they ran my credit and knew what i had for a down payment, they moved to a conventional loan through a highly respected bank, got me a lower per when they ran my credit and knew what i had for a down payment, they moved to a conventional loan through a highly respected bank, got me a lower percentage rate and put me in a 4 year newer truck for about what the other option was. The guys that i dealt with were very friendly yet very business like. They explained some options and good advice that lead me to the decision that i made. The salesman even took time off his busy schedule to drive my vehicle home for me as i was alone with nobody to drive the other home for me. I and my family have purchased vehicles here before but this time they seemed to go over the top to help me. More
