I had been looking for a ram 3500 and every one I found was sold before I could get to dealership. Shayna the sales associate who answered my phone call held the truck until I arrived which was a 2 hour dr was sold before I could get to dealership. Shayna the sales associate who answered my phone call held the truck until I arrived which was a 2 hour drive from my house to dealership. The best part was she had all of the paperwork ready to go and took extra time to go over every detail on the truck and set up both of my phones with the apps. The next couple days she followed up with a phone call to see if I had any questions and to make sure I was happy with the truck. I am completely satisfied with her service and look forward to doing business again with the dealership. Really great people and fantastic experience. More
