Dumitri Vasu was very patient in dealing with my mother who had just gone through replacing the engine and several other expensive car repairs on her 2014 Chevy car. We stopped by Wally Armor and weren’t even sure Dumitri was a sales guy b/c he just doesn’t give that “used car sales guy” vibe. He patiently listened to mother’s needs and wish list, and although Mom hesitated when it came to the final “sign on the dotted line” Dumitri was able to accommodate Mom’s needs. Way to go!! More
