Dumitru is the best! Dumitru was very conscientious and professional, we highly recommend him. The only complaint about Wally Armour was their policy of adding $500 to the sale price for those who want to pay cash or don’t finance though their dealership. We financed $15000 on the 2018 Ram 1500 to save $500 on the price. The rate thru Capital One was 5.3%, this seemed higher than market with my credit rating of 822. We will pay it off next month so I guess it doesn’t matter. More
