My experience with the dealership is the two-man I worked with in service, Justin and Blake were excellent. They took the time to listen to my concerns, road tested the car with me to hear the noise i had in with in service, Justin and Blake were excellent. They took the time to listen to my concerns, road tested the car with me to hear the noise i had in the front end and made sure the service tech had fixed the noise before they gave the car back. Also explained the bulletin from Chrysler with me as to what they fixed. And also washed my car. More

Front end and rear breaks As usual, Justin makes everything happen. He works with my crap schedule and always finds time for my needs. Justin should be considered for a supervisors position. If Justin is off when I call, at all possible I just call back when he is on duty.
