Total failure after both purchases Buying our 2 vehicles was nice. It was afterwards where they failed us both times. First car was my wife's Grand Cherokee. After we bought it, they never transferred the plates. She drove for 3 months until she went to get her registration and the BMV informed her that Wally Armor never transferred them. Wally B blamed it on a retired Finance Mngr and paid for her registration so we gave them another chance. On my vehicle purchased on August 12th, they have never paid off my trade or even made a payment on it. I have 2 letters from the bank stating they will turn me in to Collections if it isn't made by tomorrow (28 days after my trade-in). I called Saturday and was told they would contact me today. As of 7pm tonight, I have called them 3 times, left 1 voicemail, spoke to a Mngr that said the Finance Mngr would call me after he was done with a customer....that was 2 hours ago...not one call yet. The car payment was $290 and the only answer from them was that they were waiting on a check from the Bank that my new truck is leased thru. $290 would have saved them a lifelong customer. My original reviews for this dealer was 5 stars and now I will spread my bad experiences to anyone that is car shopping. I am so embarrassed I bought from there a second time! More
