Horrible dealership and service center. I bought a 2013 ram from them in April 2018 have put about 40k on it. First when I got it the air intake system got ripped out from a belt tears the h I bought a 2013 ram from them in April 2018 have put about 40k on it. First when I got it the air intake system got ripped out from a belt tears the harness and wires out, as well a tearing hoses free. They repaired that free of cost however was told it’s done to factory standards. It wasn’t. I was sold a extended warranty but while in the warranty kept getting blown off on a repair that got a lot worse which ultimately was in fact due to the improper repair of the intake causing, I believe the term is a hydro lock in my engine bending a rod and thus far who knows how much else damage. I’m already out $450 more in repairs thus far with an ever growing bill due to poor repairs and negating their plan they sold me to have a longer warranty. After talking with the manager/ Vice President being told well since we closed that dealership in Salem I can’t help you cause you are now past your warranty. Yes they closed the dealership location I bought it at and didn’t notify any customers especially those pending a call to get their covered vehicle repaired. They hide from keeping their promises their staff makes, and holding up to their warranties they sell when they push you off. No vehicle used or not especially when you are told it is in top shape and was deeply inspected. When you sale something, say something stand by it and if you repair a vehicle, do it right. Their negligence has cost me, not to mention customer satisfaction is a joke. “customer satisfaction guarantee”. Due to this dealership I have lost all my faith in the Ram and Chrysler brands...I will never do business with this place again unless someone steps up idc from where and makes this right. This place is embarrassing the brands it sells with these actions. More
