Very easy, no pressure buying experience. My wife and I had found a specific van(Grand Caravan) we thought we wanted at Wally Armour and contacted Bill Powell, who we had worked with before to My wife and I had found a specific van(Grand Caravan) we thought we wanted at Wally Armour and contacted Bill Powell, who we had worked with before to set up an appointment. We arrived a little early and the van we inquired about was already up from and ready to go, went on our test drive and we also wanted to look at the new Chrysler Pacificas. Bill Powell found the Pacifica we also wanted to look at, turned out that was a better fit for us. No pressure on the sale, we got terms that were acceptable to us. I would definitely recommend going to Wally Armour, we’ll be back the next time we need a vehicle.
