Very disappointed with the way this dealerships service Very disappointed with the way this dealerships service personnel handles vehicle issues. I was charged $45 for a tire plug from a screw that punctur Very disappointed with the way this dealerships service personnel handles vehicle issues. I was charged $45 for a tire plug from a screw that punctured one of my tires about 1 year ago. However, more recently I had an issue with my drivers side window not working properly. I was texted a video of the work the service person did and it want even my vehicle that was in the video. In addition, I was told I owed $145 for the diagnostic to look at the window. The issue was later resolved and my window will be repaired under warranty (is. At no charge). I have very little faith in the service department at this facility, not to mention the excessive rates charged for service here. This is why I would never take my 2027 Nissan Pathfinder to this location for any out of warranty service. More

The sales team was fantastic in leasing my vehicle. However, the vehicle came with one key, and as per We Owe I returned to the service department on a scheduled appointment to have the key I was owed However, the vehicle came with one key, and as per We Owe I returned to the service department on a scheduled appointment to have the key I was owed programmed. After sitting for 40 minutes I was informed they had lost the key and would need to order it again. I returned again for a scheduled appointment and was informed it would take 60-90minutes. I sat for well over two hours before the repair was complete. I understand some delay, but coming in for a scheduled appointment, and being given a time frame, I would assume that time frame would be accurate. Not too impressed with the service so far. Not to mention the issues other people in the waiting area had with the service department that day... More
