This is our 4th Nissan Murano since 2011, and our 3rd from Fuccillo in Latham. We purchased our 2011 out of state and when we decided to trade it, I made an initial phone call to Fuccillo’s at 7:30 PM. from Fuccillo in Latham. I knew it was late, but was pleased when someone took down my info and said I would get a return call the next morning. The next morning came, I did receive the call and that evening Mike Skinner delivered our 2014! Oh yeah, did I forget, we live 148 miles from the dealership! They knew this and insisted it was not an issue and wanted to save us the trouble! Now in 2017, the Saturday before Mother’s Day, I told my wife I had to bring the Murano in for some warranty work and would be home ASAP. I didn’t have any work to be done, but I did want to trade our 2014. It was extremely busy, but Tate introduces himself and we started talking. The only thing that took time was waiting to finalize all the paperwork, as there were many people that were there before me, and I was fine! While there, Mike Skinner came over and said hello and we talked briefly as he was also swamped! Countless times Tate, as well as many other employees would check and see if I needed anything. So, after all the paperwork was completed, I drove our new 2017 Murano back home, 148 miles away! That was an easy deal, however the following day Tate called and told me that my wife needed to sign a couple papers and that HE WOULD DRIVE UP HERE, AND HE DID! Yesterday, I informed Tate while we were talking that I needed to take our Weathertech Mats out and put them in our new Murano. He said that he would take care of that. When we got in our new Murano to head home, he had put them in, but he also washed them! He was not even involved in this sale, but he proved what I knew, at Fuccillo’s, they are a TEAM!!! Now yesterday’s purchase....well that started over the phone on Friday. I knew Mike is now a Sales Manager and I believe Tate is the Used Vehicle Sales Manager, so I gladly spoke with Nikki Glover. I gave her a breakdown on the condition of our 2017 and how many miles it had, and we finalized our deal over the phone. As was the case with Mike, she offered to deliver it, but with Monday being a holiday, I told her my wife and I would come down. When we pulled in, we were greeted by Mike and Tate, and I don’t mean hi, and ok, we’re busy......it was as if we were friends that hung out! GENUINE is the best way to describe them. So, now to meet Nikki, who I only met over the phone. She had two very good people to match up with, and I will say, she not only held her own, but I expect when we trade for a 2022, she will have replaced a manager that has retired! It is IMPORTANT to note the word retire, as it appears that employees at Fuccillo are more of a family and they are proud of what they do and they APPRECIATE our business! So now with Nikki, she was constantly checking to make sure we were ok as we waited for the DMV Website to come back on. Brendon went over all the numbers with us, carefully explained every warranty option we could add if we chose....he was very thorough and FRIENDLY! In the meantime Nick has called my Insurance Company to transfer our new Murano on and take our 2017 off our policy. About 15 minutes later Nikki had been able to finalize everything with our Registration through the DMV. Nikki brought over a Tablet and explained what we would be looking at and said if we had any questions not answered, or we wanted more info, she would gladly go over everything. As she had told us, within 15 minutes she was back with all the paperwork. Nikki wanted to make sure before we started the paperwork, that she would answer any questions we may have from the Tablet or in general. We went through a few things and she answered all our questions. The Tablet is a great informative tool and then with the added professionalism that Nikki followed that with, OUTSTANDING! We completed all the paperwork and we talked, laughed and enjoyed spending money! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FUCCILLO NISSAN IN LATHAM AND CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT NIKKI GLOVER! More
