Came to look purchase a 2019 Rogue. The salesperson was useless, as they just gave us the keys and left us to figure things out for ourselves. After we went for our test drive and decid The salesperson was useless, as they just gave us the keys and left us to figure things out for ourselves. After we went for our test drive and decided to purchase the vehicle, we had to wait for close to 2 hours for the finance manager to do paperwork with him. Once the paperwork was done we were informed that they did not have the title for the car and they would let us know when we could take delivery. It took over 2 weeks until we received a call to let us know that we could take delivery. We made our appointment and then we were rushed through the process to get us done and out. We were told that it would be a month and a half to get the registration and when we finally got the call from them that it was in we asked that they mail it to us as we were not available to drive over and get it. Another 2 weeks later and we get the registration in the mail and there was tape across the entire front of the registration causing damage to it lifting/tearing the lettering and papers. None of this is even mentioning the bottle of touch up paint that we were promised at the time of delivery that we still have not received. We love the vehicle, we just hate everything about the process to obtain it. More
