SERVICE VISIT

Got to my appointment 15 minutes early for an oil change and to check out a noise . Was told they probably couldn’t check the noise out because they were short handed… but not short handed enough for the oi and to check out a noise . Was told they probably couldn’t check the noise out because they were short handed… but not short handed enough for the oil change… waited over 2.5 hours for a diagnosis that took 15 minutes and was told it’s covered under warranty and the part would take a week to come in . At the writing of this review it’s been over 2 weeks with no word yet … going to think hard about buying another vehicle from here… More
