This is my third leased vehicle from Latham Fuccillo and the experience has been much better than in the past. Worst dealership EVER. Moaned about giving me a free oil change because it was past one year - are you kidding? I bought a $15k car from you! Then told me they could not calibrate my rearview mirror becaus change because it was past one year - are you kidding? I bought a $15k car from you! Then told me they could not calibrate my rearview mirror because they do not have Honda tools, so why then did you not tell me that from the beginning when you replaced it?? All around greed and just can't be bothered. And their internet did not work. More

unfortunately the problem my car has ( clunking noise going over bumps from a improper install of rear shocks) which was the reason why I had made the appointment with Fuccillio was not repaired..I told going over bumps from a improper install of rear shocks) which was the reason why I had made the appointment with Fuccillio was not repaired..I told the service advisor and the mechanic what the issue was ..but after the mechanic ran the diagnostics came up with a completely different problem totaling $1400 to replace rear coils and stated that this was the issue that was causing problem..if the mechanic would have driven my car after he worked on it ..he would have noticed the problem was not fixed !!! well the clunking noise still exist at this point aftet taking the car to 3 nissan dealerships and the xxxxxxxx (firestone company) who did the faulty install of the shocks and created this whole problem ..claim made to BBB which did absolutely nothing..I am extremely frustrated and upset stuck with $1400 bill for repairs that wasn't causing an issue. More
I was promised one thing(Monthly Payment) and when I I was promised one thing( Monthly Payment) and when I went to do paperwork the payment went up $55.00 dollars.
