Soooo. I was supposed to get an email of my invoice. The Invoice was to show oil change and tire rotation. The oil change was supposed to be free because of the last bad experience i had there. My nissan points were to cover the tire rotation and therefore be free. Invoice amt due was supposed to be zero per Samantha. I'm wondering why i received an invoice via email, invoice # 97481, indicating i owe $56.70🤔. It wasnt super busy in the shop while I was there. More

Everyone was very nice and helpful, I came in to get my hood latch fixed and I s aw w wn advertisement on the website for 50% off of an oil change so I decided to have that done too. I just didn't appreciate that it didn't apply to my car especially since I had received a coupon for a free oil change which had just expired (my fault I had been sick) and then I was told I needed a tire rotation (I didn't even have 4000 miles on the tires) I am 72 yrs old and live on JUST Social Security and I am a widow. Spending almost $100 was a complete shock to say the least to just get an oil change. More
