Fucillo Nissan of Latham is the only place where I service my vehicles. The staff there understand the needs of the customer and are willing to help. Sales and service reps were all very nice and helpful. Fuccillo was unable to provide a vehicle to our liking in our price range. We understand inventory is low right now so no big deal. We bought a used Nissan at another dealership who directed us back to Fuccillo Nissan to obtain a second key fob. Getting a key fob for our new vehicle was close to $400. No one in either dealership told us there was a key in the fob and Fuccillo reps didn't mention that the key, which is hidden within the fob, is a separate purchase, so I showed up to get it "tuned" to our new car there only to find out that it needs a key with another fee added on. A woman made the appointment for it and a male who worked in parts didn't ask or mention the separate key item. I was told by Eric the following day when I went to get it set. I also had to return because the first key made wouldn't work and no one including me thought to check it before I left. They ended up cutting a second key. More
As always my car was well serviced while I waited in a clean well protected waiting area. My estimated costs were announced before I even handed over my keys. Is was very easy to make a next-day appointment online. I came in for an oil change, tire rotation and tire pressure adjustment.
