Larry not only addressed the power steering assist issue, but the collateral battery as well. He did so in a professional and courteous manner, answering questions and assuring me that my concerns would be handled without delay. My CTS was returned as promised, detailed, ready to go, and my wallet surprisingly undisturbed!
