Larry not only addressed the power steering assist issue, but the collateral battery as well. He did so in a professional and courteous manner, answering questions and assuring me that my concerns would be handled without delay. My CTS was returned as promised, detailed, ready to go, and my wallet surprisingly undisturbed! It has been a distinct pleasure interacting with this Service Department and, especially, having received excellent attention by Larry, I look forward to my next visit. More

Although Jim Bass is not a Service guy, he too, is a truly outstanding professional (just wanted to give him 'props' also). FH Dailey is begging me to return but, unlikely, unless things change at MSC. More
