Although I've always experienced pretty good customer service at MSC/WC, this last visit was incredibly satisfying due to Jeremy Wilson, Rachel, Trevo Although I've always experienced pretty good customer service at MSC/WC, this last visit was incredibly satisfying due to Jeremy Wilson, Rachel, Trevor and Luis. Couldn't write a better scenario for profound customer service if I was a screenwriter! Every action by the above-mentioned employees was on-point and reassuring. 'Special mention' has to go to Jeremy though. His e-z, laid-back style might give some pause but, my opinion is, he's a consummate professional who reeeally knows his stuff and will leave 'no stone unturned' to ensure the customers' satisfaction; overall, a great team. Kudos to Melissa Kangas for her outstanding shift in customer outreach and services; it IS noticeable! More

Why I like Michael Stead Cadillac Having my car serviced at Michael Stead is a very positive experience. The service staff is very thorough and discuss clearly what they will be doing Having my car serviced at Michael Stead is a very positive experience. The service staff is very thorough and discuss clearly what they will be doing and why. I drive some distance to the dealership and wait for my car. There is a fancy coffee machine and I can make a latte or hot chocolate and a very pleasant area where I wait. Some people prefer the couch area but I like the table by the window where I can spread out my work. While waiting they often update the progress on my car. They almost always finish near the projected time. When the car is returned it has been washed and vacuumed and looks great. I have never had to return with a problem between services More
