Ran into a snag when 2017 Silverado 1500 revealed many issues it had at delivery. Was left at dealership for repairs, then more discovered. The bloom off the rose at this point. Discouraging. My second choice the day before, really my first choice, was still available, a 2016 Silverado 3500 HD and the switch to it was seamless. The care and concern for my satisfaction displayed by Adam and Jacob was incredible. I could not be happier with my new truck and my experience at Walser Buick GMC of Bloomington! More
